We arrived at the bank to deposit R13000 worth of coins and joined a line where the board said Tellers "*cash deposits of more than R20000 *Coin Deposits *Change Transactions and business teller" but the superviser Ms or Mrs Wilson told us that we had to go stand in the normal deposits and not in a pleasent manner. When we asked her to re read their sign she told us that they will not help us. So we went to another branch "Southdale" where with the same board and we were helped. Now I would like to no why could we not be helped at southgate and let fnb know that that women will chase away good customers thus waiting valuable business and personal time for clients.
