I have opened an account through FNB about a month ago and have still not received a card. I receive numerous phone calls and promises but have not yet received any form of delivery. FNB have seemingly outsourced this delivery to a company that cares very little about customer service and has no problem telling a customer long stories over the phone and giving empty promises. I have opened this account but I seriously even wonder if I will both transferring my business to FNB after all this. First impressions count and mine has been terrible.
