DEBIT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I would like to get clarity on how all of the sudden my account is being debited with R99.99 (ODD NUMBER DONT YOU THINK) and why it is only showing up as SAGEPAY 09609639EC FIN131219

Surely you should be able to trace what the company name is who is debiting this money from my account and please inform me? I would not be complaining if I went into a agreement with someone do deduct this amount of money from my account, but I have not.
