Good day, I would like to find out what the status is regarding our claim. As you can see by means of the documents is this claim regarding a professional bicycle not just a play cycle. Our son is part of a provincial team and is busy loosing valuable training time. This accident happened 9 days ago and still no news. I would like to find out what the normal turn around time for claims are. Unlike other sports, cycling competitions start very early in the year. The first competition being the SA nationals which is the most important competition of them all.
In short I would like to find out from you:
1. Is 9 days and more the normal turn around time for claims
2. Why is it taking so long.
3. When will this be sorted out.
