Thank You for the great service

I had locked my car keys in my car on Monday 16th. I was in a panic as it was a public holiday and knew it would be a hassle to get any assistance at this time. After my own failed individual efforts, i checked whether my insurance had the type of service i needed. I called Mutual & Federal just once and they promised to take care of it. I then continued with my holiday. As promised it was taken care of within no time. I wasn't even present at my car. The service provider got my car keys, relocked my car, and delivered my car keys to me at Hemingways mall where I was busy with some holiday shopping. M&F must have checked up on me about 4 times to check whether the service provider had contacted me, whether they had started the job and whether I was happy with the service. I got the final call 2days later to ask once again whether everything was okey and whether i was happy with everything. In these days where good service is so scarce, its worth it to spend some time and applaud great service. Thank you ever so much for the great service Mutual & Federal.
