I went to Standard Bank The Glen to log a cheque card dispute on Saturday the 14th of December. I was assisted by Natasja, who told me that she's an external consultant and The Branch Manager will give me feedback by Tuesday. When I went there today and spoke to The Branch Manager, she didn't know anything about the dispute and it was not even logged on the system. She told me they'll do it today and I'll receive the reference before the end of business day, of which I haven't received the reference till now.
I feel that this query is not being attention and that they not taking me serious as the customer.
I need it to be done as soon as possible as these funds are for my debit orders. I don't want my debit orders to be unpaid because of this dispute.
