It's the time of year where you just want to go on holiday and you want to take on Simple jobs.
Now you get the odd job that becomes serious and time is not on your side.
A clients vehicle came in for a misfire (diesel) - claimed for an injector
It turned out that there was no compression at all on that cylinder and the head needed to come off.
Now the engineer was closing the 13/12/2013 and was going to do me a favor with this head.
The time it took to put the claim in again to getting authorization was great!!
The claims team and Kyle Simpson helped me to help my client and I thank them!!
