I have submit my claim already last year and still didn't get a payout... two of my security gates was broken and had to be fix up IMMEDIATELY. Every time you phone the department you have to hold on for almost an half an hour, and who pays that calls??? Not standard Bank, and then to hear o sorry we didn't receive your document. every time we phone they will tell us the money will be paid out by this day, just to find out NO MONEY on that day. then we have to call again... i have send the quote for the door twice in this week... once again didn't receive it.
