I put a claim in on the 14th of November 2013, I followed up on the 20th, 21st, 22nd of November 2013.
I then followed up on the 9th, 11th and 12th of December 2013 with Melton Scott promising to phone me back every time with an answer and never has he phoned me back. The 2x claims value wasn't even worth R5000 and having investments with this financial institution worth Millions I find it very sad to have to experience service of this level, totally unacceptable in my opinion
