On the 27/11 my car was broken into. I logged a complaint with Hollard on the 28/11 . On the 09/12 i contacted them to find out what was happening as no one from the office has called me and i was informed that my claim was authorised. They also gave me the panelbeaters number. I contact the panelbeater the same day to follow-up on the progress made and they informed me that they are still waiting for Hollard to send them the authorisation. To my surprise today when i called the panelbeater the guy by the name of Riaan informed me that they are still waiting for the authorisation. i do not understand why is this taking so long?
