I lodged a claim with Momentum after i had an accident on Saturday. I had to call them on Monday to ask when they would be sending out a towing company to collect my car and had to confirm that i could not drive it (again). I then had to call again to find out whether they received the accident report as per their request when i lodged the claim as well as when i would hear what the status of the assessment is. I have now been on hold to speak to a Ronald who is apparently a manager for 20 mins. I this absolute disregard for customer service is pathetic!
