Motivated Loan Application

I have Young Professionals Account and was pleased that FNB acknowledges my progress and achievements in life and that this account is tailored to provide for upcoming individuals with high growth potential.

I had lately experienced some financial difficulties which resulted in me missing a few payments that I had due and realising that my finances are behind made an attempt to consolidate my loans after analysing my requirements, obtaining a full breakdown of all debt where a resulting loan to cover such debt will only constitute a small percentage of my net salary thereby freeing up majority of my income to start planning my future, etc.

The loan was just declined due to affordability and in my mind and based on my professional experience as an Auditor fail to understand how the risk analysis is done in order to get to the outcome provided to me by my bank.

There has been much reckless lending within the banking sector but my Bank should have the knowledge of my finances to make a more informed decision, one that makes sense.

This account package is awarded since FNB recognises my potential growth yet cannot provide a required service to facilitate such growth.

Dissatisfied.
