I have been waiting for a response from the forensic officer who is investigating an account (s) that was/were opened at African Bank in my name. I have submitted all the relevant documents required to assist in the investigation and still I have not received any valid feedback.
The Collections department of the bank keep calling me enquiring about none payment of the accounts and I keep telling them the case is still being investigated. I need this matter sorted as I want to purchase a house and this is hindering that.
