Outstanding speed, service and delivery

In contrast to the apathy of many service related industries in South Africa, Outsurance really impressed me today. I wanted a quote from them, did not want to sit on the call centre line, so opted for the online option. After filling in 2 pages on their site, I abandoned this as I had 3 cars, and there was only space to fill in for one car. So I closed the site. Unbeknown to me, the first few details I had filled in had gone through to them - within 10 minutes someone from Outsurance contacted me - he tried three times to get me on the phone - I was out of the office. Then he followed up with an email. Jayjay - full marks for perseverance! Once I had responded to the email, he phoned and we got down to the business. The quote was more than satisfying, when comparing it to all other quotes I had received. Well done Jayjay and Outsurance. If only more service businesses were as motivated, helpful, concerned and professional as Outsurance was today.
