I have lodged many complains because I am on level 2 and have all qualifying products to be on level 3. After a call on the 5th of November I spoke to a Monica that promised me that it is send to IT and that the problem will be fixed before 30 November. Still nothing has happened, and this was not the first complain I lodged, my friends all have ebucks with FNB and rant and rave about it, Im thinking of going to see FNB early January to switch my banking to a bank that works for me, not just one making promises they cannot keep.
