Ilghtning struck our alarm system... I reported the incident the following day and on the same day was informed that Ganyane would attend to the claim. 3 Days after the event my own Alarm Service provider was able to attend to the repairs (over this period there were plenty of claims all over Gauteng due to the heavy hail storms and flooding). The alarm was repaired on 5th Dec.2013 and the invoice sent to Ganyane for attention late on the afternoon of 5th Dec.2013. I received an email from Ganyane on Saturday 7th December 2013 that payment would be made within 48-72 hrs. I fully appreciate the pressure of work that arose from the recent storms and therefore regard the service provided as quite outstanding.
