Absolute disinterest in new client after contract

Absa contract has incorrect kilometers. 21 000 Km less than actual, despite a clause in the contract which states that they need time to do an inspection of the vehicle.
Vehicle has been unavailable since 5 Oct due to major mechanical damage, and also subsequently discovered structural damage which indicates the vehicle was in a big accident, despite a clause in the contract which states that they need time to do an inspection of the vehicle. When I contacted Absa, I was told to either sell the vehicle and take the loss or sort it out with the dealer. When I escalated this "helpful" advice to the legal department, they told me the same and that they are not interested in the incorrect details on the contract.

As per the contract, Absa is selling me the goods which surely entitles me to the protection in the CPA? After complaining about this via their website, I have had NO response. According to the Code of Banking Practice they should have responded within 3 days and it's more than 5 days already. I have also tried to contact the relevant Marketing Official but no luck there either.
