After lodging a complaint against a Iwyze for awefull service, Mr Foster was very prompt and very articulate in the manner in which he handled and resolved my complaint.
Im definately impressed with his proffessionalism and friendly attitude towards the griviencies of the paying client.
Other employees especially the claims consultants can certainly take a leaf out of his book in as far as quality customer service is concerned.
