Tried calling the call centre but just end up holding on... might just be easier to get through to city power call centre... Sending an E-mail and the automatic reply is that we will reply within 5 working days... SERIOUSLY!!!
Access to the website to check out my account details times out constantly..
For some reason my account was debited for way more then the agreed premium.. More then 50% above.
all I need to know is why??? But cant get through to call centre, website times out & E-mail offers a 5 day response... WOW, WOW &WOW
