I had a small motor vehicle accident on Thursday last week and registered my claim on Friday. When speaking to the call centre I was informed that I would only be able to have my vehicle assessed the following Wednesday. Thanks to Megan Bennet, Peter and Fatima I was able to be squeezed in first thing on Teusday morning and received fantastic service from getting directions to the service centre, coffee on arrival and friendly communication throughout the experience.
I trust that the process and repair of my vehicle will now go smoothly as my confidence in my Insurer has been restored.
