Disgruntled and unfairly billed

FNB deducted R3200 from my account without communicating anything with me. They claim that I withdrew R800 from one of their ATM's but I received R4000 from the ATM... all of this happened in September last year... they claim. Why deduct the money this year, four months later?!!

After many emails to FNB head office, countless visits to their Brakpan branch, being assisted by rude and impatient customer care consultants who treated me like they were doing me a favour by listening to my query, FNB failed to produce statements or receipts to support their claims.

I would very much appreciate my very many emails sent to FNB head office to be replied and for this matter to be attended to, visit to the Brakpan branch seem to be useless and time consuming and for my monies to be refunded.
