I've now made 3 attempts to call Virgin Money Insurance on 0860 11 12 41 and on 0860 109 190, but nobody seems to be able to hear me clearly!!!
The problem is definitely on Virgin Insurance's side!!! Please dont waste my time.
I am trying to change my personal details online and when I registered, it said that I could change personal details. I dont see such an option.
Can someone please call me!!!
