I have cancelled my policy in October and I am still being debited, I contacted Charity Shezi who sent an email confirming the refunds over two weeks ago, Still waiting my refund. Mutual and federal has the most incompetent people working for them, All I want is my money back!!! I send emails and leave messages, No one gets back to me, How can they be allowed to conduct business like this??? I will take the matter to court if I have no choice after this as you have now robbed a client and deducted fees after the policy was cancelled and Charity admitted that it was their own fault!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK
