WORST SERVICE EVER (DESPICABLE) FNB

TODAY I PHONED IN THE FNB CONTACT I GOT THROUGH TO CHARMAINE VAN WYK.

I WANTED TO INCREASE MY LIMIIT FOR CELLPHONE BANKING SINCE I DIDNT HAVE MY CARD AS I WAS ROBBED OF MY WALLET I HAD FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT OF WHICH COULDN'T USE.

I WAS STUCK AT THE GARAGE WITH NO PETROL MONEY. SHE COULD NT ASSIST SHE PUT ME ON HOLD 10 MINS THEN I WAS HANDED OVER TO TSHOLEFELO LETHOKO"WHOM SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS A TEAM LEADER' AS THEY WERE ASSISTING ME I COULD HEAR THEM WHISPERING BACK ROUND THE SAME INFORMATION THEY TOLD ME"AUTHTIFICATION' AFTER IVE SPENT 30 MINS ON THE CALL WITH THEM . I WAS NOT ASSISTED.
