I have a 32 days notice account which deducts on my account monthly. I cancelled the deductions a month ago as I knew I will need the money for December. I called them on Saturday to ensure the money does not get deducted on the 25th November 2013. I also called on Sunday to ensure that the matter is sorted out, and on Monday the debit order went through. When I went to enquire at FNB they told me they will not be able to assist, the only way is when they put through a notice or charge me an extra R250, which I feel that is wrong because it is an error on their side.
