How does one say Thank You with a massive SMILE???

I couldnt have been more satisfied at service delivery so kwik and efficient! On 15 Oct I reversed into my neighbours brand new Kia picanto 2013 model. we immediately went to police station for a case number and exchanged insurance info. I was worried cause she didnt want to take the car to the assessor in Century City as per normal and giving my insurance a difficult time. Ayanda from Telesure Group Services explained to me how the process work nd gave me peace of mind!!! He managed to do all the liaising between the panel beaters nd my insurance company nd told me that i dont hv to pay as it is a third party claim!!! He continuously was in contact with me via email giving detailed progress reports! Im very impressed with his commitment to follow up nd giving my peace of mind!! I certainly did not hv R21 000 to fix the damages. Well done to you, Ayanda and thank you so much for everything!!! Telesure has employed one amazing person who ensures that the customer is happy!!!
