My car was involved in an accident so the damage was so bad that it had to be written off. Then an Outsurance claim facilitator was appointed to deal with query, that's when I met Mr Frans Orren. He dealt with my claim within the shortest SLA it was done in three days. So I just want to thank Outsurance for being the best insurance company. Thank you for awesome staff that you hire and the exceptional Customer Service that they provide. Thank you Mr Orren, Lizette VD Westhuizen and the centurion team not forgetting the Metro Tow guy that was on the scene in less than five minutes. Please keep up the good work..
