On 04/11/2013 I logged a call for a damaged geyser, the response was excellent as the plumber contacted me on the same day, to make arrangement. On 07/11/2013 the geyser was installed by M&M plumbing, however they removed the cornice so that the geyser may fit through the trap door. I was told, that the insurance would send someone to fix it. On the 11th I called the claims line to find out as to when someone would be sent, I spoke to Madoda, who assured me, a contractor would call me to make arrangement. I waited the whole week for the call. On the 18th I called again and explained the situation to Alester (who took responsibility since Madoda was unavailable) he also promised me someone would contact me either, on the same day or the following. Till today no one has contacted me.
