On 23 November we went to the Lyttelton branch to have debit dates changed. The welcoming by Marlien was amazingly friendly. And she makes everybody feel special and welcome. Phumlize at customer service was so helpful and really went the extra mile to help. They are an asset to your branch in Lyttelton
