Due to the services I have received at AA Insurance, I am happy to know that at least there is still a person that cares about the customer's needs, a person that puts a customer firsts and understands that a business is completely useless without customers and that person is Sharon Motau. Ever since have dealt with AA consultants in the past, non of any cared about me, everything was about AA and all I saw was abuse in my bank account, non of them ever listened to me or what I needed. Instead I felt that I was being told what to do every time I needed to make changes. I would like to say for the very first time, I am extremely happy with one of your staff members Sharon Motau. She knows how to treat customers. She respects the customers decisions. A person like her knows how to grow business instead of killing it. I am leaving AA now but wow, she is one is a million. You hardly find a consultant that would actually put you first. I cannot express enough the joy and happiness I am felling right now. This is the type of staff that you cannot afford to lose, TOTALLY, instead you must appreciate and allow them growth within the company cause I do believe more can learn from her.
