Do we get any usable Rewards

I have a Smart account that only gets Air Rewards. To claim them I dial *130*321# but that doesn't work the program is faulty. Now I also find that the Air Rewards are only usable on pre-paid phones. Can NOT be used on contract phones. Not the phone companies but FNB are doing this.
