I have to compliment Cindy Hornby from Claims Department with her professional handling of our claim. Although it is not nice to claim she made it a pleasurable experience. She was extremely efficient and our claim went through in record time. We were kept in the loop every step of the way, which nowadays us unheard of. Thank you very much Cindy
