Extreme Humiliation

At the beginning (01 November 2012) of this i was charged an inflated premium for five months (01 March 2013) which when i enquired i was told my agent is no longer with the company, then it was only brought down from that month (March), then i was given a second agent whom took four months to sent me my contract with car stickers, before i could get them she also left the company and no one followed up with me, when i called i was told she has left the company, then i was given a third agent who did not even try to get me my contract, she told me she is new and she will get the manager to help, took two months for her to get me my contract, now she has also left and my premium has been increased and i was not informed about it, the new agent Christopher claims i got my renewal and there is nothing he can do. I did not authorise any these increments and omissions on this account. No manager has called me since the 01.11. 2013 till today regarding all of this rubbish services i loyally pay for.
