I, went to the branch to submit my retrenchment documents and had to wait for over an hour, but I didn't mind cause Lindzay Stevens admitted that he wasn't sure as to the process, but he continuously kept me updated and at the same time helped other customers as well-as he was the host on that day. I was eventually assisted by both Lindsay and Lizette Joubert. I appreciate the mere fact that he went out of his way to find out how to assist me by asking for help and how Lizette without any effort had such a nice approach to my circumstances and how she explained in detail the processes. Within less than 5 working days my claim was paid into my personal loan account. Thank you so much to Lindsay and Lizette, it was a Saturday morning well spend... I'll DO IT AGAIN!!! I must admit I am notorious for reporting bad service, it ticks me. I cant stand poor service, but it would be injustice not to show my gratitude and appreciation towards such outstanding staff members. Thank you would never be enough, but just know someone noticed your outstanding services. It's a drop in the ocean, but both of your are still destined for greatness. Keep it up- you've reached your paramount!
