Firstly let me Thank you very much for all your hard work, patience, efficiency and absolute dedication in sorting out all my problems and Claims with Essential Group - that which your Senior Staff were totally unable to do.
The amount of excuses and promises I was given became a nightmare and I lost all respect in their lack of 'after sales assistance' - all they basically did was to fob me off from one staff member to another with promise after promise - which failed dismally each time.
Nothing was too much for you - your attempts and the handling of an irate and dissatisfied client was of shear EXELLENCE!
I sincerely hope that Essential Group will recognise the potential, hard work and reliability you delivered - always with a smile in your voice over the telephone - which assured me what a competent and dedicated staff member you are.
