Almost two months of waiting for my replacement phone from MTN store in President Square and numerous visits with unfulfilled promises from consultants to call me back with feedback/updates, it only took one call to Thando Nkosi who in turn was calling & e-mailling me to ensure that I'm getting the best service ever. I'm happy to say finally my phone has been replaced and all thanks to excellent customer service from Thando Nkosi. Keep it up boet!!!
The only snag though was that the MTN store didn't give me a new sim card mentioning that I need to pay about R136.80 in order to get it since it was not insured and this was over and above R300.00 excess already paid for the phone replacement.
