I was called on Saturday (13th April 2013) by Porch informing me of the claim being approved. He went out of his way in calling me back to tell me which store i should collect by replaced cell phone. He even made sure that the store call me when the replaced cell phone is to arrive. He deserves an applause of going out of his way.
