Firstly I was told that I will start paying once I tart to make money on the JSE. Secondly I was promised a one-on-one training in loading and using the software I was sent. Nobody showed up for more than a week. Then somebody called me and said that I owe Exchange more than ten thousand rand. I referred the person to the above issues. She insisted she does not know about the paying arrangement issue. I then asked her to send someone to come and take the software as I'm no longer interested in the deal. Nobody showed up. I called Morlene and ask her the same thing after I explained to her what happened. She promised me that someone would call me immediately. I am still waiting to this day.
