BAD SERVICE WITH ARGO BROKERS

I HAD AN ACCIDENT ON THE 09/07/2013 ANDTHE CLAIM FORMS WAS SUBMITTED ON THE 10 JULY 2013 AND IVE BEEN PHONING THE BROKER ASKING FOR THE FEED BACK NOT EVEN ONE DAY THAT HE EVER PHONED GIVING ME AN UPDATE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY CAR . SINCE THAT TIME I DONT HAVE A CAR AND IM PAYING FOR THE BROKER AND IM PAYING FOR THE CAR WHICH IM NOT USING . WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING FOR THE BROKER IF HE IS NOT DOING HIS JOB . THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPING, WHY DO I HAVE TO FIND INFORMATION MYSELF AT THIS MOMENT IM PHONING THE INSURANCE DIRECTLY BECAUSE I DONT GET THE ASSISTANT.I THINK THEY THINK ITS NICE TO NOT HAVE A CAR FOR 4 MONTHS AND YOU PAY FOR IT EVERY MONTH, PEOPLE MUST DO THEIR JOB .IVE REPORTED THE MATTER TO RINA FROM MANAGEMENT AND SHE SAID SHE WILL MAKE A FOLLOW UP TILL TODAY NO RESPONCE.WHAT I NEED IS MY CAR BACK FIXED.
