I would hereby just like to convey my sincere thanks to both Wayne and Abdullah.
Both of these men have been so helpful regarding a motor collision that my husband was involved in. When Wayne first called me he was so compassionate, and really went the extra mile by continuously keeping me up to date on the whereabouts and condition of my husband's car.

Abdullah also phoned me notifying me exactly of the damage that resulted out of the collision.

Both of these men made themselves available to my husband and I when we wanted to go and view the vehicle and take photographs of it. They had such great human dispositions both telephonically and when we met with them personally.

I found their overall service to be astounding, and very seldom is such service found these days.

They are an asset to your company, and I trust that you will understand and appreciate their value.
