I withdrew money from a FNB Mini ATB in Riviersonderend, close to Swellendam, Sunday the 10th Nov 2013. After I got back home in Joburg, I saw that FNB took an additional R 500 from my account. I called in to FNB on Monday to report the issue, only to be treated as a or low life that is trying to from them. The short - their Mini ATM printed and gave me the old receipt for the previous withdrawer, now they want me to proof that I did not withdraw the amount as stated on my account. These FNB Mini ATMs are a huge risk and extremely unreliable. I would recommend anyone wanting to withdraw cash to rather use another banks ATM instead, it might cost you more, but less likely to loose your money and then be treated as a criminal if you call them. Ref: SD1826640. I will also be calling in tomorrow to complain about their unprofessional customer service from the Premier Suite - just another fancy word for we don't give a. I am really disappointed with FNB, their ATMs, their staff and overall attitude towards me as a Platinum Client with a Graphite Exclusive invite - just so you can get more of my money!
