Firstly: Im not sure if I should say incompetence or stupid call centre agents you guys hired. from the on set it was agreed upon that a debit order for your payment had to be set to the 26th of every month after a year or 2 for some reason you stupid switch it OFF and had no decency to notify me until my account started being in arrear in the beginning of the year, I've been battling with both your stupid finance team and customer service agent for so long not even 1 supervisor from either department can come to the call made by your agent to explain to me as to why was the debit order switched OFF and why my account wasn't terminated when I requested that to be done since April where else it show on your system that I did request numerous times and called until I got fed up with your agent not having the answers every time I call them but have the guts to request payments to be done.
Please be advised that until I have a supervisor/manger to call and explain to me why all my requests where not attended too previously and having to make their agent to call me every now and then without any knowledge of the query but to seek for money from me.
