On contacting the call centre, I was put through to a lady consultant with whom I discussed my recent annual re-rate. Upon completion, I was pleasantly surprized to discover that she had managed to reduce my excess amounts and also my premium to amounts lower than the previous year. What awesome, friendly and efficient service! Well done Outsurance and the lady concerned.
