FNB from hero to zero

FNB is going from hero to zero.

Some how my eft came off twice without even entering the otp number. I called straight away once I saw what had happened. No one can help me.

A few weeks ago I had some activity going on I called to stop the transaction but only once I had a case number would they assist me. The fact that I called in and im your client should make you think that maybe you could put a hold on the transition as im your client.

it seems every department is having a problem. I went to makro and had a full trolley of goods. When I can to paying my ebucks card declined. I had to pay cash in the end which I didnt want as I went to makro so I could use my ebucks. I contacted ebucks only to find my card had been put on hold since June. I cant understand this.

Then I found out I was being charged some random insurance amount complements of FNB. I know for a fact I called to cancel this as I was pressured into taking it and didnt know what it was. No one can find the voice recording of me calling in.

Seriously getting over it. And no one ever calls to find out how they can help. U just left frustrated.
