Unnecessary calls

I'm under deph Review for 13 months, and I'm been bothered by African Bank for months. Apparently I did not pay for months and need to make a payment. I called Rand Wise Deph Management and according to my status they pay African Bank every month the amount, as agreed on. I want African bank to stop calling as they get payed by Rand Wise every month.
