Five years ago I made an AIMS investment. It was due to pay out 3 November so that I could buy my daughter a car for her 18th birthday. The money was from my Late husbands estate and she knew it was her Dads "last present" to her.
But I am so unhappy about the poor services from AIMS. The investment which should have paid out on 3 November has not been processed because of the incompetence of an AIMS consultant who did not follow up on all paper work required. I specially visited Mrs Joubert to make sure that all the paper work was processed to ensure a speedy payout on 31 October. She wanted me to reinvest with her and I did not. I have a paper trail of her attitude change when I would not reinvest with her.
My daughters car still sits at Lazarus Ford with a big red ribbon on the show room floor. They felt so sorry they phoned me and said I could collect the car without full payment. Some people actually care!!!
I thought I made a sound financial decision and five year planning but was mistaken. Chose your financial advisors with great care.
