Reference number is not a response

I filed a report about misleading investment advice given by FNB some time ago. I got a "prompt" response which consisted only of a reference number. I assumed someone from FNB would contact me with an explanation and way forward. I have heard absolutely NOTHING. Giving me a refernce number is just passing the buck. This response is meaningless. refernce 275 132 NF
