They said I don't have signing powers so I can't have any information on his account, which is fair, No problem. So my husband phoned them, after holding on for about 10minutes (NOT FOR FREE!!!) the person put the phone down in his ear. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE MONDAY TO SPEAK TO THE RIGHT PERSON!! THE PEOPLE IN THE CALL CENTRE GIVE ME INCORRECT DEPARTMENT NUMBERS!!! SO I SENT NUMEROUS MESSAGES VIA THE ACCOUNT... NO RESPONSE! I FILLED IN COMPLAINT LETTERS ONLINE... NOTHING!!! I PHONED THE COMPLAINT CENTRE AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT SOMEBODY WILL BE PHONING MY HUSBAND SOON... WE ARE IN THE QUE... IT'S FREAKING THURSDAY! I'VE BEEN IN THE QUE SINCE MONDAY!!! USELESS!!! THIS IS THE WORST BANK! I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS THE SERVICE IS AND YOU REALLY ARE JUST A NUMBER!!!
