On the 29th, I lodged a complaint with Miway, due to miscommunication. I spoke to Mamosa who was very patient with me, despite how upset I was and clearly explained what happened and I am happy to stick with Miway going further. Miway should make sure they retain people like her, as i believe she really is great asset to the company. THANKS A LOT!!
