Need assistance but no response

Hi

I have been mailing client care at Capitec but im not getting any feedback.

I'm having a difficult time in life and would like to know if it is possible if I can arrange that I don't make a loan payment this month and then at the end of December carry on with the existing payments as per normal.

Please let me know if this can be arranged or not, ..??
